CFAO announces the appointment of two new members of the Group's General Management Comittee

The CFAO Group is pleased to announce the arrival of two new members of its General Management Committee...

Françoise Le Guennou-Remarck has been appointed Vice President Institutional Relationship and Communications with effect from April 27, 2015, while Marc Bandelier will take up the position of Chief Operating Officer – CFAO FMCG Industries & Distribution on May 1, 2015.

They will succeed Claude Paseri and Jacques Leccia, respectively, who have reached the end of exceptional careers spanning more than 35 years with the CFAO Group.

Françoise Le Guennou-Remarck
Françoise Le Guennou-Remarck is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan (ESCA) and also holds an Executive MBA from HEC business school, Paris. She began her career in 1986 with Ernst & Young Paris before joining and helping to set up Canal+ Côte d'Ivoire in 1992. She was subsequently appointed Chair and CEO of the company in 2003. Since 2010 she has held the post of Institutional Relationship and Communications Director at Canal+ Afrique in France.

Marc Bandelier
Marc Bandelier joined CFAO as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of CFAO FMCG Industries & Distribution on September 15, 2014. After a Master degree in Food Engineering at Agro-Paris Tech and a MBA in International Food Management from ESSEC, he began his career at the French Industrial Development Agency in the United States, attracting US industrial investors into France. In 1991 he was recruited by the Mars group where he successively held the positions of Financial and Administrative Director of an industrial site in France, Marketing Manager for Europe and then for France. In 2001 he joined the Brasseries Kronenbourg group as Head of Marketing Group. In 2005 he took on the role of Marketing Director, followed by Sales Director for France, at Eckes Granini, one of Europe's leading juice manufacturers. In early 2010, Marc Bandelier was appointed Managing Director for Eckes Granini Switzerland.
